Welcome Class of 2018!!! There are a number of meditation and mindfulness resources here for you! Check back soon for Koru Mindfulness guided meditations!


Included are a few on-campus sits as well as some local suggestions and some online resources and teachings.  Some are associated with a particular spiritual practice, some are non-denominational, and a few mix it up.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) An 8-week program offered during the fall and spring semesters. 

We have a large selection of guided meditation CDs available in our lending library.  Stop by our office to see what we've got!

Healthy Harvard is offering several sessions of Mindfulness at Work for employees in Central Administration.
